WILLS AND PROBATE

By writing a Will, clients are able to set out instructions on how their personal belongings and property are to be distributed upon their death. This ensures that the people desired to obtain the property receive it as opposed to dying intestate (dying without a will), whereby property and personal belongings are disbursed of in accordance with the requisite legislation in force.
